Setting Borders for Recommended Routes

Add a customer preference for closing borders on the recommended routes, so the route displayed can be intra-USA only. On image attached, drivers would not cross into Canada and instead driver down through Cleveland as shown by the red arrows. This setting should also be applied to the customer's Order Hyperlinks (API, email, copy to clipboard) - customer wants to share our link with their end-customer but not if we're showing a route that isn't real-world. In the 2.0 map view, users can no longer toggle between multiple recommened routes (original control tower has this function). Some of the routes we post are not practical so it would be ideal if users could toggle between 2-3 recommended routes. On the 2.0 example attached, a driver would not cross into Canada and instead roll through Cleveland. Included the multiple routes shown in the original control tower.
