Provide ETA Information Without Appointment Times Provided

Currently when customers do not provide appt times we are unable to calculate and send back an ETA. I would like to enhance the product to provide the calculated ETA date/time data without an hours ahead or behind schedule when there are no appt times provided. We can plot these loads in the control tower map with the “other” color dot. I believe we already have this calculation and it could be useful for customers who do not require set appt times to provide on the order.
