Push Notifications to Drivers Running Behind

What is it you can't do? Describe the problem!

Customer requested a functionality to send a push notification alert to either driver cell or the Macropoint for truckers app when they are in the "running behind" threshold.

How are you doing it today? Is there a workaround for the missing functionality?

No workaround exists.

What impact would it make? How often/when would you use the functionality?

The functionality would ideally be available for use on all loads that are being cell-tracked, and would provide drivers with a gentle reminder to either contact their broker or the shipper/receiver to coordinate a late ETA.

How do you think it should work?
