Enable customers to automatically send single or bulk MacroPoint onboarding invites directly from the Visibility Wishlist whenever a carrier is added and not yet onboarded.

What is it you can't do? Describe the problem!

MacroPoint and the customer cannot automatically initiate onboarding when a carrier is added to the Visibility Wishlist; no invite is triggered, there is no ability to send onboarding emails directly from the Wishlist, bulk invitations are not supported, and the customer must manually copy and send the MacroPoint self-service link to each carrier one by one making the process slow, inefficient, and preventing carriers from being proactively connected and ready for tracking when needed.

How are you doing it today? Is there a workaround for the missing functionality?

Customers are onboarding carriers manually by locating the MacroPoint self-service link and sending it individually to each carrier outside of the Visibility platform; there is no automated workflow, no bulk-send capability, and no direct “invite” action in the Wishlist, so the only workaround is for customers to handle the entire outreach process themselves, one carrier at a time, using their own email and internal resources.

What impact would it make? How often/when would you use the functionality?

This functionality would significantly reduce manual effort, speed up carrier activation, and improve overall tracking readiness by allowing customers to automatically onboard carriers that appear on their Wishlist carriers we already know are not yet connected to MacroPoint. It would be used frequently whenever customers add new carriers to their Wishlist, during large onboarding pushes, when refreshing or expanding their carrier network, or anytime they want to ensure all non-connected carriers are MacroPoint-enabled well before they are ever tendered loads.

How do you think it should work?

It should work by allowing customers to send MacroPoint onboarding invitations directly from the Visibility Wishlist, since any carrier appearing on the Wishlist is, by definition, not yet connected with MacroPoint. When carriers are added, the system should provide a single-carrier “Send Invite” button as well as a bulk “Invite All” option that automatically sends the MacroPoint self-service onboarding email using the carrier’s stored contact information. This removes the customer’s need to manually email each carrier and ensures all Wishlist carriers can be quickly and efficiently onboarded for future tracking.
