Add Requested Start Track Time and Actual Start Track Time to UI

What is it you can't do? Describe the problem!

The "Start Tracking On" time changes from what the customer sends in to when the Carrier assigns the load, if it is after the initial date/time. This is confusing to the customers as they are expecting to see the Start Track Time THEY sent over to MP.


How are you doing it today? Is there a workaround for the missing functionality?

Today we receive many emails from customers questioning why an order says "Start Track Time XXX" when they sent it to start tracking at "XXX time".


What impact would it make? How often/when would you use the functionality?

We should still display the information the Customer sent over, and also display the Actual start track time of when it was assigned by the carrier.
